Amanda previously worked at Marks & Spencer where she was also responsible for the introduction of numerous M&S High Care Food Polices and jointly headed the working group responsible for microbiological standards for M&S products. 

Amanda then became our Senior Technical Development Specialist and oversees a team of experienced product developers working on 100’s of products every year for SPAR UK.

She has experience in manufacturing and retail, chilled and ambient food and specialises in chilled food production. With a wide range of management and technical skills she is an experienced and enthusiastic individual who communicating with technical and non-technical personnel and responding to the challenges of identifying and managing solutions to problems.
